Position – Business Development Executive. 

Simplotel is looking to hire a Business Development Executive, in a full-time capacity, who can sell our offerings to hotels.   • Generate leads and advice hotels on the benefits of direct booking
  • Ability to do a technical demo.
  • Negotiate, contract, invoice the merchant and get them live
  • Driven to meet sales targets.
  • Track campaign effectiveness by presenting timely reports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of operating laptops, smartphones, MS office
  • Comfortable with traveling

Skills required:

  • 0 to 2-year experience in B2B solutions. (E-commerce preferred in both in the domestic and international market)
  • UG or PG from any Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
  • Great communication and language skills.
  • Able to get information from suppliers to service queries from customers.
  • Should be able to drive conversions of leads.
  • Good to have travel domain information.
  • Self-starter individual who can generate leads, cold call, schedule meetings and meet with hoteliers.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment.

Manager – Customer Success – B2B SaaS.

Simplotel is looking for a leader to lead our Customer Success team. The position, based out of our headquarters in Bangalore, will own renewals for our customers. The manager position will also develop the team to achieve business objectives.

  • Own and drive renewals & upsells for Simplotel’s SaaS offerings.
  • Build & develop a strong team of Customer Success Managers and deliver on business objectives.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure that they are deriving business benefits from Simplotel solutions & develop long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Define, develop and monitor processes to ensure business and customer objectives are being met. Publish weekly and monthly metrics to that effect.
  • Handle critical client escalations and build strong relationships with key Simplotel accounts.

Required skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with and consult to large customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent grasp of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3-6 years of experience in SaaS or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA highly preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS, SEO, Web analytics is a plus.

Position: Operations Associate

Job description

We are looking for an Operations Associate to provide enterprise-level support to our customers. You will assist and provide process support to our customers.

Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate resolutions to their requests and issues.


  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their requests.
  • Follow defined steps to resolve the tickets and help the customers
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved the issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
