Position: Operations Manager.

Job description

Manager of operations will be responsible for building and leading a team that will help onboard hotels on the Simplotel platform. The leader will ensure that post onboarding requests from customers are handled satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

The position requires a combination of technical skills, prioritization and project management skills, people management skills and good written and verbal communications skills.

 Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor the onboarding and support processes and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customer requests.
  • Prioritize and assign work across multiple team members. When necessary communicate and negotiate timelines with customers.
  • Drive process improvements to improve team productivity and throughput.
  • Define and maintain operations metrics and other quantitative data to evaluate onboarding and customer request performance on a regular basis.
  • Establish quality check processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Properly escalate issues pertaining to other departments to appropriate internal teams (e.g., finance, engineering, sales) and drive resolution to improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with engineering to get productivity improving features developed.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation & be ready to get your hands dirty.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience – majority of experience in running operations
  • Ability to learn and use various software tools
  • Undergraduate in Technology preferred.
  • Excellent prioritization and project management skills
  • Strong Team Building & Management Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Office and other analytical tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Knowledge of content, websites, and SEO is a plus

Position: Operations Support – Team Lead.

Job description:

We are looking for an Operations Support Team Lead who’ll run the complete technical support process. This includes managing day-to-day priorities, helping the team with escalations, and handling direct ticket load. They will report to the Operations Manager and work with them on planning and executing goals and deadlines.

The position requires a combination of technical skills, and a good command on project and priority management. You’ll also need to be a good communicator, both externally with the customers and internally, with various other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their requests.
  • Follow defined steps to resolve the tickets and help the customers.
  • Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved the issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation & always be ready to get your hands dirty.

Requirements:
