Position: Manager – Customer Success – B2B SaaS.

Simplotel is looking for a leader to lead our Customer Success team. The position, based out of our headquarters in Bangalore, will own renewals for our customers. The manager position will also develop the team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive renewals & upsells for Simplotel’s SaaS offerings.
    Build & develop a strong team of Customer Success Managers and deliver on business objectives.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure that they are deriving business benefits from Simplotel solutions & develop long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Define, develop and monitor processes to ensure business and customer objectives are being met. Publish weekly and monthly metrics to that effect.
  • Handle critical client escalations and build strong relationships with key Simplotel accounts.

Required skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with and consult to large customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent grasp of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 3-6 years of experience in SaaS or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and MBA highly preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS, SEO, Web analytics is a plus.

Position: Operations Support – Team Lead.

Job description:

We are looking for an Operations Support Team Lead who’ll run the complete technical support process. This includes managing day-to-day priorities, helping the team with escalations, and handling direct ticket load. They will report to the Operations Manager and work with them on planning and executing goals and deadlines.

The position requires a combination of technical skills, and a good command on project and priority management. You’ll also need to be a good communicator, both externally with the customers and internally, with various other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand their requests.
  • Follow defined steps to resolve the tickets and help the customers.
  • Talk to clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved the issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation & always be ready to get your hands dirty.
  • Document knowledge and detailed steps in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Work with your manager for long term goal planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and comfortable with using software products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step guidance, both written and verbal.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Support or consultation.
  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

Designation: Operations Associate.

We are looking for an Operations Associate to provide enterprise-level support to our customers. You will assist and provide process support to our customers.

Ultimately, you will be a person our customer’s trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate resolutions to their requests and issues.

Position: Frontend JS Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Write high-performance and sustainable front-end applications primarily using EmberJS framework.
  • Implement new features and proactively optimize the existing code.
  • Work closely with back-end engineers, product managers, and interaction designers.
  • Write clean and understandable code to fix bugs and solve problems.

Required Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in JS/HTML5/CSS.
  • Deep and demonstrable experience in building interactive web applications.
  • Experience in any one of the platforms – EmberJS, AngularJS, React, Vue etc.
  • Experience with integrating with RESTful JSON apis.
  • Knowledge of web standards and experience with cross-browser compatibility.
  • Understanding of web technologies and good command on front-end debugging.
  • Self-motivated and organised, able to handle deadlines and drive improvements.

Desired Skills:

  • Exposure to Django, Jinja2 or other such templating engines.
  • Knowledge of ES6 in javascript.
  • Exposure to build tools like grunt, webpack etc.
  • Experience with Bootstrap and LESS/SASS preprocessors.
