Position – Manager Customer Success and Account Management

This is a leadership and team management position and will be responsible for driving renewals, upsells and new sales from existing customers. To accomplish this, the manager will build relationships with all our customers. The Manager of Customer Success will run a team of Customer Success Managers that interact regularly with the clients. The goal is toensure that we have a strong relationship withcustomers, and we drive improvements to the customer’susage of Simplotel and drive adoption of newfeatures that help customers and potentially upsellnew products to them.

Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve a high renewal rate for our SaaS, doing upsells and getting referrals from existing customers
  • Visit key customers periodically and develop and maintain good relationships with all our key customers. Serve as the point of escalation resolution for customers
  • Build and manage a team of Customer Success Managers and develop them
  • Design and implement processes that ensure that we are developing relationships with customers, consulting them on how they can improve the use of our product and derive more value out of it
  • Do the analysis, develop a strategy for customers, and teach the team to do the same to help customers derive more value from our solution.

 

Skills required 

  • Graduate degree in Engineering. MBA a plus.
  • 4-10 years of Account Management or other customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent management skills to develop a team of 4-6Customer Success Managers
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flair to convince external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid analytics skills and good knowledge of Excel. Understanding Google Analytics and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs or experience in sales a plus.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Position – Customer Success – Key Account Manager

The Customer Success Associate or Account Manager will be responsible for driving renewals of our customers and ensuring that they derive maximum value from the use of Simplotel. To achieve this, the account manager will interact regularly with the clients and build a strong lasting relationship and drives improvements to the customer’s usage of Simplotel and drives adoption of new features that help customers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive renewals and upsells for Simplotel.
  • Be in touch with our customers, analyse opportunities for improvement, and convince the customers to adopt such suggestions.
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand various analytics of our customers and craft and implement strategies to grow it.
  • Deliver metrics and analysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value of our platform
  • Run Google Ad Campaigns and come up with SEO strategies for our customers.
  • Manage schedule and prioritize well, in order to meet deadlines

 

Skills required 

  • 0 – 3 years of Account Management or other customer facing experience.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Business or Hotel Management. MBA a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convince internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong analytics skills and good knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

Position – Frontend JS Developer

As early engineers at Simplotel, you will be responsible for directly interacting with customers, understanding the requirements and design/ implement the product feature and ship it. Example of key functionality includes booking/ search engine, template engine, rules engine, scaling out product on distributed setup to address HA & scalability needs, user management etc. We are building a global product out of India & you can be part of this opportunity!

Responsibilities: 

  • Write high-performance and sustainable front-end applications primarily using EmberJS framework
  • Work closely with back-end engineers, product managers, and interaction designers
  • Implement new features and proactively optimize the existing code
  • Fix bugs and solve problems
  • Work on UI implementation using jinja2 and Django templates

 

Skills required 

  • Deep and demonstrable experience in building interactive web applications
  • Experience in EmberJS and/or AngularJS
  • Experience with integrating with RESTful JSON apis
  • Expert in JS/HTML5/CSS
  • Knowledge of web standards and experience with cross-browser compatibility
  • Understanding of web technologies and good command on front-end debugging
  • Self-motivated and organised, able to handle deadlines and drive improvements
  • Jinja2, Django or other such templating engines
  • Experience with Bootstrap and LESS/SASS preprocessors
