Position: Lead Business Analyst / Sr.Business Analyst
We are looking for a business analyst who will be responsible for reporting and analyzing company’s data. The candidate will be leading a team of 2-3 Business analysts and is responsible for all management reporting, data and variance analysis and providing business insights to increase profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts, provide mentorship and guidance and build a collaborative environment.
- Develop a mechanism for tracking key metrics on a real time basis. Sanitize the large data sets and analyse the same to derive insights and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain data models , dashboards to track the key KRAs across the company and various departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.
- Monitor department progress by tracking activity; publish progress reports on the assigned projects and tasks.
- Identity and implement the best data tool suited to the requirements of the respective projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accuracy, and reliability through rigorous data validation practices.
Skills and Experience:
- 2-6 years of experience (ecommerce preferred)
- MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Strategic thinker with a track record of leveraging data to drive business growth and efficiency
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- High degree of organization skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders
- Action and result oriented with high enthusiasm
