Position: Senior Compliance Analyst
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all legal compliances and annual audits are completed within time by coordinating with auditors.
Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
Convene and service AGMs, EGMs (when required), take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns including XBRL filing with appropriate departments.
Handle all investor queries and share recurring reports as per the agreement.
Provide legal, financial, and / or strategic advice to the management whenever required.
Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organisation are up to date and approved by the committee.
Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports, and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
Administer ESOPs plan of the company; keeping ESOP records.
Prepare contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
Ensure the compliance (including filing of returns & maintenance of registers) of various Labour Laws to protect the interests of labour, industry and all stakeholders and at same time prevent unwanted lawsuits and penalties for non-compliance.
Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, receivables, and payables.
Be responsible for monthly reporting to the management and investors on the performance of the company.
Manage accounts in books and process invoices ensuring indirect taxes (including GST) is charged as per the applicable laws.
Required Skills and Experience:
Practical knowledge of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, Labour Laws, FEMA and ROC Compliances of India and USA
Qualified CS with 0 to 3 years of experience
Ability to work independently and effectively with the team
Demonstration of good judgment and good problem-solving skills
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
High attention to detail, delivering reports with accuracy and staying organised
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to work within deadlines and take responsibility - must be able to identify the deadline for a piece of work to be completed

Business Development Manager - Mumbai – Consultative Selling.
Simplotel is looking to hire a Business Development Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can sell our offerings to large hotels. This is an opportunity to join a company on the ground floor and become a part of the early growth. If you are passionate about selling internet technologies, you will thoroughly enjoy this position. An ideal candidate would be someone who is in Presales and wants to explore a Business Development Role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Meeting with hoteliers and potential prospects on a regular basis to build and nurture relationships.
- Cold calling; connecting with multiple potential prospects.
- Working with large hotels and partners across the country.
- Follow up on marketing leads, as well as expand business from the company’s existing client base or partners.
- Build strong brand relationships.
- Building pipelines with partners and team members to close sales.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
Skills Required:
- 1 - 4 years of work experience in technology pre-sales (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Very high ethical standards.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- MBA required (preferably from a top school).
- Ability to travel extensively
